Refund Policy
One-time donations
Donations are voluntary contributions and are generally non-refundable. If a donation was made by mistake or in the wrong amount, the donor may request a refund by contacting office@prostor.org.rs or by phone at +381 65 431 7979 within 14 days of the donation date. Refunds are processed using the same payment method, i.e., to the payment card from which the donation was charged.
Monthly (recurring) donations
Donors can cancel their monthly donation at any time through their user account on the “My Account → Monthly Donations” page. Cancellation takes effect immediately and the next monthly charge will not be processed. Already processed monthly donations are non-refundable, except in case of a billing error.
Refund processing time
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date the refund request is approved.
